The
STM32F407ZGT6 is based on a high-performance ArmCortex-M4 32-bit RISC core and operates at up to 168 MHz. The Cortex-M4 core uses floating point unit (FPU) single precision and supports all Arm single precision data processing instructions and data types.
The STM32F407ZGT6 also implements a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) for enhanced application security. The STM32F407ZGT6 contains high-speed embedded memory (up to 1 MB of flash, up to 192 KB of SRAM), up to 4 KB of backup SRAM, and connections to two APB buses, three AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
The STM32F407ZGT6 devices all provide three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power RTC, and twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, including two PWM timers for motor control, and two general-purpose 32-bit timers.
