Product 1: Renesas RL78/G23 ultra-low power MCU
In IoT applications, low-power design is a common design requirement, which drives the market demand for low-power MCUs. Renesas‘ RL78/G23 is a 16-bit ultra-low-power MCU designed for IoT endpoints and low-power applications.
The MCU adopts RL78 core, the highest frequency is 32MHz, the power consumption in working mode is only 44μA/MHz, and the power consumption in shutdown state can be as low as 210nA. The Logic and Event Link Controller (ELCL) and Enhanced Capacitive Sensing Unit (CTSU2L) are also integrated into the product.
The RL78/G23 supports a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V, offers a variety of package options up to 128 pins, and configurations up to 768kB Flash and 48kB SRAM to meet application requirements in multiple scenarios. At the same time, the MCU also provides a wealth of supporting development tools and software resources, and is compatible with existing RL78 products, allowing users to easily migrate from current RL78 designs to new devices.
Product Two: Cinch MIL-STD-1553B Data Bus Coupler and Twinax Cable Assembly
In terrestrial, marine, and aerospace systems, the physical layer data bus requires the support of a high-performance and high-reliability interconnect system. Cinch Trompeter‘s MIL-STD-1553B data bus couplers and twinax cable assemblies provide a complete solution for the components needed to implement a physical layer data bus. The MIL-STD-1553B data bus coupler provides the interface required to connect bus controllers, remote terminals, and bus monitors to the bus itself. Buses are typically less than 100 meters in length, use 78Ω twinax cable terminated with 78Ω termination resistors (internal or external) at both ends, and can connect up to 30 remote terminations to the bus splice within 20 feet . Its 1Mbps data rate supports the transmission of command, control and status messages between connected systems. This bus coupler can be used with Cinch Connectivity Solutions‘ 21-14 and 21-17 series cable assemblies terminated with TRB and TRS connectors commonly used in 1553 systems to support a variety of cable types such as 78Ω Twinax, 50Ω and 75Ω Triaxial) and are available in fixed 1ft to 10ft cable lengths, or custom cable lengths.
