3. Improve efficiency at high switching frequency. The product uses 0.9-mΩ low-side MOSFET, which is 3.5% more efficient than other DC/DC step-down converters.
4. It is high-precision, the output voltage error is less than 1%, with pin multiplexing configurability, can realize more accurate monitoring of current, support PMBUS can provide timely fault reports.

Texas Instruments introduced the industry‘s smaller 36V, 4A power module TPSM53604DC/DC step-down module in a quad flat no-lead package (QFN), with an area of ​​5mm x 5.5mm, integrated inductance, and can support up to 95% efficiency and a total area of With a single-sided layout design of 85mm2, the size of the power supply is reduced by 30%, and the power loss is reduced to 50% of other similar modules. The TPSM53604 can operate at an ambient temperature of up to 105°C and can support rugged applications in the fields of factory automation and control, grid infrastructure, test and measurement, industrial transportation, aerospace, and defense.
By pairing TPSM53604 with compact step-down modules (such as TPSM82813 and TPSM82810), engineers can create a complete power solution from 24-V input to the point of load, while minimizing design time and effort.

2. Efficient heat dissipation and efficient heat transfer enable it to operate at an ambient temperature of up to 105°C.

The isolated DC-DC converter UCC12050 is developed using a new proprietary integrated transformer technology.
